1. "Before project fails" - 3-7.04.2019, international TC organized by Polish NA focusing on preventing failures and risk management in Erasmus+ projects.

2. "Mentoring for change" - 28.05-02.06.2013, international TC organized by Polish NA focusing on the aspect of change in EVS projects and supporting volunteers in going through change process.

3. East-West EVS, 18-24.03.2013, Lviv, Ukraine - international TC organized by SALTO EECA focusing on quality aspects of EVS projects realized with partner organizations from Eastern Europe and Caucasus

4. Baltic Sea discusses Youth in Action results: Spread the Word!, 20-23.05.2011, Turku, Finland - international TC organized by Finnish National Agency on raising quality of DEOR activities with YiA projects.

5. "Cultural Everest" -Training Course -Czech, October 2010: international training course organised by Czech National Agency focusing on the intercultural aspects of the YiA projects.

6. "Rural youth" TC - Gresten, Austria, November 2009: international training organised by Austrian National Agency focusing on similarities and differences if rural youth in different countries, challenges they face as well as methods of working with them. During the trainings participants visited also Austrian rural youth centres.

7. "Pot of Interculturality" TC- Poland, September 2010 - international training course organised in the frame of Action 4.3 of YiA programme focusing on co-operation in intercultural team and managing international projects.

8."How to create intercultural project..." TC - Czech Republic, November 2009: international training organised by Czech National Agency focusing on the issues of culture, multiply identity, interculturality, challenges connected with working in the intercultural groups as well as basics of project management.

9. International Networking Event, Kiev, Ukraine, September 2009 - international event organised by British Council in the frame of "Intercultural Navigators" programme. The aim of the event was to empower participants of the "Intercultural Navigators" programme as well as enable them to network and work on the common projects.

10. "Coach2Coach" - training for coaching in youth work; Konstancin-Jeziorna, Poland, April 2008. International TC on developing competences of coaches who were supporting young people realising their projects in the frame of "YiA" programme.

In 2008 I graduated from post-graduate studies on “Group Training” at Warsaw School of Social Psychology (Laboratory of Psychoeducation).
In 2018 I graduated from post-graduate studies of Non-violent Communication.
I have also diploma of pos-graduate studies on group training and coaching as well as master degree in Management and Marketing obtained at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan.
I did also several trainings for trainers on such issues as: conflict management, diversity management, team building and alternative methods in trainings.
