"We live once. But every day"
The most interesting "thing" in this world for me is a person: a learning, working and growing person.
Within the framework of international youth work there are many opportunities for persons to grow and I am very happy to support them along their ways by experiential learning, holistic approach, inner readiness based competence development and other ways a la non formal learning.
Monika Kezaite-Jakniuniene has 4 references for past work as a trainer.
Full time trainer
I have been involved in youth work and training since 1999.
Volunteering was my first field of work and still remains as area, where I train organisations. I am very interested in volunteering (incl. EVS) as the method for individual and organisational development.
Another area of my current professional interest is supporting learning within individual relationship (coaching, mentoring, supervision).
Besides, I have experience and am very interested in working withing such topics as: team development, experiential learning, intercultural communication and learning, personal development, learning organisation, project management etc.
I have been studying in several fields, but the following long term educational experiences are the most relevant to the work I do:
- Long term training course "Training for trainers for European Youth Projects (Austria, Hungary, Italy), 2000 -2001
- Long term training course "Intercultural via Experiential learning" (Belgium, Lithuania), 2002 -2003,
- Studies on Organisational Psychology in the Academy of Psychology (Human Study Center, Lithuania) 2006 - 2008
- Supervision and Coaching studies (Munster academy, Vilnius Magnus University and Association of Supervisors in Lithuania), 2015
- MA in Leadership and change management (Mykolas Romeris University), 2016
