I have worked in the youth field since 2007, since 2013 internationally.
I have worked as a trainer since 2014: in 2017 I did the ToT of Salto Training and Cooperation; I am trainer in TEC (training and evaluation Cycle for ESC/ESC since 2017; I was PoT member of the Pool of Trainers in the strategic partnership Youth@work in 2019/2020.
I have worked for/with: Salto training and cooperation; Salto inclusion and diversity; Italian, Greek, German and Belgique Flemish National Agency for Erasmus Plus.
I am president of the social promotion organisation GIOSEF TORINO MARTI GIANELLO GUIDA APS (EYF organisation, and member of HREYN), vice president of GIOSEF ITALY and Secretary of NINFEA _ National Informal and Non Formal Education Association.
I was in the past in the board of HREYN _ Human Rights Education Youth Network in 2017/2018.
I have been active in the youth field since 2007, working at international level since 2013. I have been working in the framework of the European youth and training Program as project writer, project coordinator, facilitator and trainer. I also work as a freelance trainer and facilitator in the field of youth and non formal learning. I am actively involved in the cooperation with partner countries of the south Mediterranean area in the anti discrimination sector. At the local level I work in a co-working place called CasA arcobaleno (rainbow house) as a youth worker to support young people empowerment with a specific focus on intersectionality between gender studies and intercultural learning...That's why, my practice is focused on an intersectional approach for diversity management.
I have a degree in international studies of cooperation and development, I wrote a dissertation titled: “Islam of migration’s children: challenges and opportunities among Italian context”.
