TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
http://trainers.salto-youth.net/AlexandreMarquesFonseca/
My name is Alexandre Fonseca and I am passionate about education, youth participation, well-being, and sports.
I am a Non-formal education trainer and longevity and well-being coach and always happy to share the knowledge that I have gathered.
I believe that ageing does not mean living with pain or giving up on your body.
I also believe that education can make us freer, wiser, independent thinkers.
My favourite word is "brio" ;)
Alexandre Fonseca has 3 references for past work as a trainer.

I have started my path in Non-Formal Education before I even knew what it was.
I started as a student leader organising and taking part in Model United Nations and Model European Union events and organizing with my peers to improve the quality of our graduation programme from 2009 onwards.
In 2012 I took part in a Weekend of Training in "Education Populaire" in France, near Paris, and it changed my whole perspective on Education and its possibilities. In that same year, I took part in the activity of the Youth Assembly of the Council of Europe "Youth and Democracy: The Young Generation Sacrificed?".
Fast forward to 2016, when I finally learned about the Erasmus programme and the possibilities it offered by taking part in a Youth Exchange about the Refugee crisis in Europe in the lovely village of Holloko in Hungary. It was a theme that drove my PhD and my volunteering afterwards, as well as my career as a trainer and coordinator. Ever since, I have been discovering, learning, and improving my craft.
