Work experience

Experienced (20 + years) Program and Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the civic & social organization area. Skilled in nonprofit organizations processes, coaching, youth development, youth work, youth policy and conflict resolution. I see myself as strong program and project management professional with a long-standing experience, gathered while working with young people in Western Balkan region and beyond. I am well familiar with CSO development and current situations across BiH, which comes with vast European network for CSO's development. I bring long term experience in supporting different woman and youth associations and CSO's in their organizational development. Experienced in Council of Europe human rights education program for youth.
Long-term experience in leading various project and program teams, facilitation of meetings, conferences, workshops seminars and events was gathered over the years. I am interested in civil society organization development, networking and collaboration. Passionate about youth work development and recognition, as well as youth policy developments. Interested in human relations. Care greatly for our planet, aware of green policies.
