Me as a CIVIL SOCIETY activist:
As the revolution took place in Tunisia in 2011, the people were for the first time able to speak and freely express themselves, and act for change. I first founded a debate club in my high school to discuss political opinions.
A few months later I joined the Human Rights committee within Associa-Med, took an active part in different Human Rights and Humanitarian actions, and little by little took the lead in different projects of education and raising awareness, such as: Libraries in Our Schools, Conference on discrimination of people with mental disabilities, Human Rights in schools,
In 2016, I have co-founded, together with 3 young activists, InnoPEACE Association (innovators for Peace) that aims at developing the capacity of youth and mentor them to develop a more cohesive society respectful of the values of humans rights and democracy. I contributed in the growth of the NGO, in raising more than 5 EU and international funds, and occupied several leading positions such as:
-Secretary General, then Vice President, then President for two mandates (2019-2021)
mainly responsible for the lead and the supervision of the board members and the coordination teams, supervising projects' elaboration, preparation, implementation and evaluation, strategic development and NGO management, in a participatory approach, currently:
Quality and strategic Development manager, InnoPEACE (2021-23)

-In 2021, once graduated, I joined Doctors of The World in a full time position:
Regional referent of a Public health project-Sehaty, Doctors of the World, 2021: Taking the lead on the regional pole of Greater Tunis in the planning and implementation of the project Sehaty that aims to enhance firsl line health services in Tunisia-a national project with a budget of 2,000,000 euros funded by the EU. Responsible of mentoring and following up on the financed NGOs local projects, selection of project proposals, in the frame of Cascading financing, mentoring advocacy projects led by local NGOs in Tunisia. And facilitating workshops, online conferences and dialogues

-Vice-president, coordinator of internal affairs, Young Republic Organization (2022-23)

-I was part of the founding committee and currently elected as a President of the European Forum for Youth with Lived Migration Experiences-Voicify (2022-24): The first ever European Umbrella Organisation representing representing organisations led by young people with lived migration experiences: It aims to be the voice of youth with lived migration experiences in the EU and their self-led organisations, standing up for their rights, needs and interests, including their rights to organise and participate politically.
