Natalia was born in Russia. She graduated with a degree in pedagogy and philology. In 2001, Natalia moved to Germany. In 2008, she co-founded organization, JuBuK, for which she now serves as director. Natalia has led many successful educational projects. Since 2009, she has trained others in the areas of diversity, inclusion, gender and interfaith dialogue all over Europe, Africa and Middle East.
