2009-2014: Work in Spintegra, one of the biggest event companies in Poland, as an animator and trainers' assistant during motivation trainings, courses and other MICE events prepared for public and private bodies.
I am involved in the field of Youth since 2012, but on international scale since 2014. Before I started to work with Erasmus+ Programme I was responsible for preparation of many initatives in Poland. At the beginning of Erasmus+ I started to work with Youth Exchanges as a coordinator and then I decided to utilize my experience from my previous work as a trainer. Now, I am experienced also as a project manager and facilitator focused mainly on the field of Youth, worked in more than 20 different projects. The most important part of my experience is related to my work in period 2009-2015 during which I have opportunity to utilize many different methods of non-formal education f.e. workshops, dramas, movies preparation, team-building activities, improvisations, outdoor activities etc.
