TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
http://trainers.salto-youth.net/MarcoAdda/
For nearly three decades, my work has spanned training, education, performing arts, somatic practices, and social engagement.
My interdisciplinary approach draws from theatre, martial arts, yoga, sport, nature-based practices, and animal behavior, grounding both research and action in experiential learning.
I am committed to social impact through work on human rights, cultural diversity, social justice, environmental awareness, mental health, community wellbeing and interspecies relations.
Marco Adda has 5 references for past work as a trainer.

Welcome to my SALTO profile – I'm Marco, an interdisciplinary educator, trainer, and facilitator with over 20 years of international experience across Europe, Asia, and Australia. I collaborate with international schools, universities, NGOs, and training organizations in countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, France, Serbia, and Belgium.
I specialize in IntegralNeuroSoma, a non-formal, multidisciplinary approach that I’ve developed over years of research and practice. Rooted in somatic education, psychophysiology, movement, theatre, neuroscience, ethology, and embodied psychology, this method supports personal and group development in diverse contexts – from youth work and education to social inclusion, trauma recovery, and human-animal interaction.
I facilitate workshops and masterclasses for educators, artists, youth workers, and diverse communities, including:
Children and adolescents
People with disabilities or on the autism spectrum
Migrants and asylum seekers
Youth at risk and people with experiences of incarceration or prostitution
Seniors and intergenerational groups
Management teams and corporate leaders (through embodied team-building and leadership work)
Selected international collaborations:
La Sorbonne University, Paris – Training for students of the Drama Department
University of Novi Sad, Serbia – Non-formal theatre training for university students
Tasmania Art, Hobart (Australia) – Social theatre for rural communities
Sunrise International School, Bali (Indonesia) – Youth programs in sport, drama, and social inclusion
University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur – Movement for visual artists (Fine Arts Department)
International School of Brussels – Multimodal workshops for staff and students
Furio Camillo, Rome (Italy) – Long-term training on inclusion for:
Youth with fewer opportunities
Adolescents at risk
Women survivors of trafficking
Immigrant communities
I’m particularly passionate about creating reflective, inclusive learning environments that integrate experiential methods with systemic thinking. Much of my work is grounded in long-term partnerships and tailored processes that adapt to the needs of the group and the context.
Feel free to download my training CV, and don’t hesitate to contact me for a full portfolio or further information.
Best wishes,
Marco
My foundational training lies in theatre, movement, martial arts, music, and visual storytelling, with a strong emphasis on Asian and European lineages. I hold a degree in Arts and Sciences of Theatre from La Sapienza University in Rome, and have completed additional studies in pedagogy, psychophysical practices, and integrative health.
A core milestone in my formation was a decade-long mentorship with Tapa Sudana, actor and collaborator of Peter Brook for over 18 years. His guidance deeply influenced my approach as a trainer, performer, and human being — especially in cultivating embodied presence, intercultural awareness, and group facilitation.
My professional background bridges education, performance, therapeutic environments, and youth empowerment.
