I work full-time as Director of GenT, combining organisational leadership with hands-on work as a trainer, mentor, and coach.
Work experience
As the full-time Director of GenT, I combine organisational leadership with work as a trainer, mentor, and coach. My current work includes designing and facilitating learning activities, supporting personal and professional development, and helping people turn ideas into practical action. In the coming period, I will continue developing training programmes and providing mentoring and coaching tailored to the needs of participants and partner organisations.
