Training Course for representatives of youth NGOs ,,Advancing Skills in Project Management, Fundraising, Effective Communication

Aims & objectives

Raised capacities and enriched possibilities of youth engaged in civil society organizations is main objective achieved through the project. The main objective of the 1st activity (TC) was to empower youth workers and leaders in Project Management, Fundraising, Effective Communication skills.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The overall aim of the project is creation of the preconditions for fighting of the isolation of Kvemo-Kartli region and its integration in the mainstream processes in the country through employing of the new approach in the development of local youth.

Training methods used & main activities

We used the following main methodological approaches:

• Theoretical inputs;
• Plenary sessions
• Work in groups
• A role-play and other individual and group exercises.

Outcomes of the activity

Participants learnt about topics project management, fundraising and effective communication. More specifically, the participants were tough the whole cycle of project management: planning, preparation, implementation, evaluation and reporting.
