Work experience
I have been working as a trainer and a training facilitator since 2017. I have worked both as a freelancer and in NGOs (Keric in Cadca, Slovakia and ReCreativity in Budapest, Hungary). I have experience with international youth exchanges, training courses and mentoring European Solidarity Corps volunteers. I have worked as a psychologist in a house for social services and founded and coordinated a project for high school students about employability and entrepreneurship. I am a volunteer in a non-profit organization Plamienok offering grief counselling for children, adolescents and families.
Educational pathway
I studied Psychology (Master's degree) at Comenius University in Bratislava and I completed the Psychotherapy and Counselling Training Programme at Prague College of Psychosocial Studies. I studied at Socratic Institute which is a 1-year practical course for social leaders providing students with practical skills that they can use while leading their community projects. The topics of workshops include project management, fundraising, media relations, facilitation and team leadership, fair use of power, global education and local politics. My project focused on career counselling for high school students. I also completed a career counselling training course at Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. I have taken part in Erasmus+ Training Courses as a participant or a team member about mindfulness, leadership, project management, employability, experiencial learning and sustainability.
