By taking part in different activities participants developed their interpersonal, intercultural and social skills as well as improved their career prospects on a not-for-profit basis. TC gave people greater knowledge, acceptance and respect for other cultures, which is vital for future cooperation. I gave to the project activities which output is improved intercultural communication skills, increased the sense of tolerance, responsibility, open communication between participants from different countries and cultures by taking into account the opinions of people from different countries, cultures with various living conditions.
During the project I was 13 days (without preparation, valuation and follow up) main full time trainer of the Training course. In cooperation with Svetlana, who was organiser of project we successfully implemented this project.
