Work experience

My passion and daily time goes to mindfulness, yoga and meditation, which naturally is the main tool I use in daily youth work. I currently work supporting mindful organisations with establishment, management and culture questions as well as managing educational events under ERASMUS+ programme (application, implementation, reporting) where i contribute to the trainer team with mindfulness part. Being a certified yoga teacher&meditation instructor I love working in teams of few trainers where I can contribute to the full success of the project bringing non-formal tools of mindfulness in order to create holistic non-formal education experience for the chosen topic.

Educational pathway

Since starting Erasmus+ journey in 2013 (YiA then) as EVS volunteer, with the help of mentors&experienced trainers I educated myself on non-formal education, youth work and project management. From 2014 to 2018 working with mindfulness education for youths, I've added tools&certificates on usage of mindfulness tools in youth work.
When it comes to formal education, I carry master diploma in law, which is one of the main reasons I am very passionate in personal development tools&career guidance for youths to discover passion in young age and make fulfilling, lasting life choices.
