a) RAISE THE QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES OF YOUTH WORKERS BY DEVELOPING NEW METHODS FOR REFUGEE INTEGRATION
b) FOSTER CAPACITY BUILDING AND NEW SOCIAL INITIATIVES IN THE FIELD OF YOUTH WORK RELATED TO REFUGEES
c) INCREASE TRANSNATIONAL COOPERATION & EXCHANGE OF GOOD PRACTICES ON ALTERNATIVE WAYS OF REFUGEES INTEGRATION
d) LOWER XENOPHOBIA, RACISM AND FOSTER MULTILINGUALISM OF THE YOUTH
e) EXCHANGE GOOD PRACTICES BETWEEN COUNTRIES ON ALTERNATIVE WAYS OF INTEGRATING REFUGEES WITHIN THE LOCAL COMMUNITIES
f) HELP YOUTH LEARN HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH REFUGEES AND INTEGRATE THEM BETTER THROUGH SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Ieva was responsible to deliver non-formal education workshops to introduce mindfulness tools to be used for personal wellbeing as well as in the work with refugees.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
