I believe that self-awareness is the key to unlock any learner's potential and social change happens from inside out, but for it to happen I put big importance on providing safety and care in a training setting.

Full time trainer/project manager/designer of educational programs and tools
Work experience
I have worked in delivering and organising trainings and designing educational programs and tools in area of international youth work and non formal education since 2015, started in Poland then moved to Portugal.
Through that time I started developing specialisation in communication, conflict transformation, peace education, empathy, wellbeing and self-care and using wide range of NFE toolbox with great love towards game based learning experiences and Nonviolent Communication.
I dedicated big amount of my work towards causes of mental health prevention and create tools that could be used for reflections connected to who we are and how are we.

- Participant in a training 'Graphic Facilitation for trainers' specific training concentrated how to create flipcharts and sketch-notes that positively influence learning of participants, Poland April 2018
- Participant in a 9 months long Training of Trainers (230 hours of workshop plus delivering trainings) in Studium Trenerskie Grupa Spotkanie - Trainers school in Poznan, Poland, 2014- 2015.
This training gave me all the base that I needed to be able to train on my own.

Those 2 trainings were the most important ones that brought me into focusing more around peace education and conflict transformation

BA in sociology with specialisation of sociology of media at University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznan, Poland
BA in sociology with specialisation of deviance and a thesis ‘How social media create deviant identity?’ at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, Netherlands
Studying sociology made me realise the power of groups and why individuals gather together and how being part of a society/ groups makes individuals finding their best potentials.
