My name is Cristina and I come from Italy even if my heart belongs to many places in the world. I start my path in European projects in 2013 as a Youth worker and I built my path in the maze of EU projects. I am a freelancer in the field of Project management, Coaching and training
I have several work experience in the field of project management, training, facilitation and coaching. I follow project since the writing phase connecting bodies requests to programmes' requests. My training are related on:
- Teacher Training in education in the field of Project management in EU environment, Soft skills, Coaching and emotional intelligence tools, Intercultural environment in classrooms, Embracing diversity in learning, Multicultural environment, Non-formal education in school.
- Erasmus+ training in minorities, new generations of migrants integration, social inclusion, skills for labour market, entrepreneurial training focus on intercultural environments and processes, EU project management, coaching and soft skills for youth workers.
- Facilitation experience in many projects (mostly Youth exchange) for many different youth associations on national and international level
- Other trainings: I train several people in the field of coaching and intercultural dialogue. I work with italian NGOs, bodies, Municipalities to train fewer opportunities minors from shelter points and educators on using tools to help integration in the territories. I work for project on integration on several territories and with different Universities in the field of project (AMIF; ISPF etc.)
- Several training apart from the programme most related with coaching in education of adults.

In the field of "formal studies", I have a master degree in "International Cooperation for human rights and cultural heritage" at University of Bologna and I took the master licensed for PRINCE2 Agile project management. I have a private Master in coaching and training and I have the great talent to mix all this formal studies in a non-formal environment.
As Non-formal experiences I am deeply in love with the methodologies and I recognise the value of those tools as my mission is to pass it in the formal education, schools and Universities. I work for more then 7 years with this tools creating many of them overall for education purposes and intercultural dialogue and embrace difference in minorities purposes. I have attended more then 100 projects in person, wrote more then 20 successful projects in many different programmes and I have several experience with many different target groups.
