Teacher Training activities

Aims & objectives

The activities in the several trainings I implement for IFOM are connected with Teacher training. The main aim is to train teacher in the basic field of the course. The main topics are:
- Non-formal education
- Entrepreneurship and leadership
- Coaching and emotional intelligence
- Soft skills
- Diversity in classroom
- Intercultural environment

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The incoming groups have teachers coming from all over Europe in the same class. The environment is really different and intercultural and thanks to the inter-active session of the training the teachers learn easily even without being good with the language.

Outcomes of the activity

The outcomes is mainly positive. The teachers out of the course are able to disclaim their knowledge to their collegues on the backend and to implement the concrete tools inside the classroom environment with their students.
