World cup volunteers 2015 and further editions

Aims & objectives

In the field of World cup volunteerng project as a Large scale evs, I worked as a trainer for the incoming group of volunteers and also in the further editions of the after years I work to coordinate and manage trainers of the project. The objective of the experience was to train young volunteers on intercultural inclusion through sport thanks to "Mondiali Antirazzisti" festival. They were trained on intercultural dialogue, volunteering and event management.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The group was composed by 40 volunteers coming from, Romania, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Italy, France, Check Republic and Poland.
The composition was similar in after years in adding: Lithuania, Latvia.

Outcomes of the activity

The volunteers demonstrate (for all the editions) an increasing sense of awareness about volunteering and intercultural dimensions against racism, xenophobia etc). Some of the outputs in further editions:

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Full time Trainer and facilitator in first edition and others.

I worked on this training for 50 days as a full time trainer.
