Being born in Prague, living in Austria, working all over Europe. I had been working in the Czech National Agency of the Youth programme (diverse roles). Have been a SOHO trainer (Action 2 - EVS/ESC) from 2004-18 and I am an active member of the Austrian Pool of Trainers (dealing mainly with ESC Trainings). In Period 2017-2019 I studied a diploma course on "Parent Education". My last year's focus is on "Wellbeing, Selfcare, Positive Mental Health+Inclusion, including Qi gong and Mindfulness.

Both formal and non-formal education have formed me in last 15 years, not talking about the informal education which enlightened me and in many cases showed the direction I have been following. At high school I found the fascination for other cultures and started to learn languages. The College gave me both theoretical as well as practical education in the area of social work with a focus on children and youth with disabilities.
Very important was for me the 3 years long experience as an EVS (European Voluntary Service) trainer of the Czech National Agency for the European Union’s Youth programme and to be a member of the trainers team for SALTO – Enable 2003 (www.salto-youth.net) .
As a participant I have been involved in many trainings run on National and European level and in May 2003 I finished a long term Training of Trainers Course run in the frameworkof the Youth programme.
As a trainer I have been fortunate to gain quite some experience working for the National Agency of the Youth programme for 3,5 years mainly on the various EVS and regional trainings.
As a youth information manager I was part of the European Network Eurodesk (Information and counselling service about funding possibilities for Education, Training, Youth activities) and that left me with skills in the field of Youth Information.
I like to work in a team of trainers with different cultural and educational background.
I consider myself a flexible person, but at the same time I can stand up for things I believe they are right.
