Work experience
Armin Cerkez is the founder, CEO, EU Project Expert, and Program Manager in Berlin, with skills in project management and writing. Having established Youth Power, he led its international growth and accumulated extensive experience overseeing diverse projects within the youth sector. Equipped with a Master's degree in Health Science, he's a certified Project Manager under IPMA® Level D and also holds an Agile Management certification. Currently, Armin works at SPARK BIH at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. SPARK aims to quickly turn academic research into real-world treatments, tests, and medical devices by offering guidance, financial support, and training. In addition to his roles, Armin serves as a senior trainer and supervisor within the Erasmus+ program and shoulders the responsibility for fundraising for several international non-governmental organisations, providing advice on both project implementation and fundraising strategies. Throughout his career, Armin has adeptly managed over 100 projects and is multilingual, fluent in Bosnian, Croatian, English, German, and Spanish.
Educational pathway
By profession, I am a Master of Health Science and a specialist in occupational therapy. In addition, I am also certified in project management. Currently, I am pursuing a certification in Agile project management.
