Workshop - Administrative and Financial Aspects of Project management
Workshop was part of TC about "Project management for the beginners in Youth Work". Participants were introducing and learning about basic administrative and financial aspect of project management. TC was educating beginners about Erasmus+, project management, application for for Erasmus+, project writing.
With in this activity participants were introduced with all financial and administrative aspect that they need to know in case project of Erasmus+ is approved for their beginner level of knowledge.
Activity was 100% fitting to the goal that was made by ADEL organisation and their project.
Target group of TC were beginners in project management from 34 participants from 17 different countries (Slovakia, Italy, Spain, Latvia,
Cyprus, Greece, Croatia, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Macedonia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Turkey, Armenia and Czech Republic).
Participants were between 18 – 30 years old.
Activity was started with energiser that shake and energise the group. Then participants were split in 4 groups and they got a task. They got on paper list of informations (applicant county, partner country, location of project, number of participants, duration etc.) and they had to calculate amount of money they got since project was approved. In next paper they had to calculate budget how they spend money on accommodation, travel cost, materials, trainer fees, bank fees etc. They had all time me as trainer available during the task. After they finish they were presenting how did they plan and spend money.
After 4 presentation we have group discussion, questions and answers, conclusion.
Participants learn how to calculate budget in application, how to use calculation for travel cost by distance. Also they got advises on what they need to think if project is approved and how to administrate and manage all founds, how to make financial calculation etc.
In this workshop I was leading trainer for subject of Administrative and Financial Aspects of Project management.
