I'm a youth consultant/trainer who was supposed to be engineer after Maths studies at high school & university. Yes I did change my career path into the youth field and studied Youth and Social-Cultural work at the university. I have been working since 2008 as responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing international projects in 2 of the biggest NGOs in Morocco.
Currently I'm a certified EuroMed Trainer and administrator in the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Youth & Sports.

Work experience
I was lucky to be selected for the last Training of Trainers in EuroMed (TOTEM II) in 2011 because since that time I'm part of a big network of professional trainers who are very active in the EuroMed area. We did many projects together in different topics mainly related to youth participation, active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, gender approach, conflict resolution... And more are on the way.
Educational pathway
I feel myself lucky because I've gathered between formal education in youth work training at the university, non-formal education within the Euromed framework and informal education in my current job as a youth center director.
