The TC tried on to create a common sense about the topic to show that it has nothing to do with who we are but what we are.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The team of trainers was composed of 4 trainers from Latvia, Morocco, Spain and Turkey.

Participants were coming from 10 different EuroMed countries:

Latvia, Spain, Italy, Bulgaria, Turkey, Morocco, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan and Tunisia.

Training methods used & main activities

The methods used in the training course were based on non formal education.

Outcomes of the activity

The training course was successful in terms of achieving its objectives. The participants were quite aware of gender issue in all the countries taking part in this project. They have lived a lot of cultural shocks during the activities but at the end they all succeed to accept and tolerate all the differences between them and others.
