TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
This is a reference for ADIB LRHOUL
The Youth Work in Euro-Med project aims to develop and train young people in the skills of youth and community work. The project aims to work with young people already interested in youth and community work and volunteering in Euro-Med.
The team of trainers was composed of 3 trainers from Morocco, Spain, UK.
The participants were coming from 8 different EuroMed countries:
Italy, Spain, Turkey, UK, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt and Morocco.
The methods used in the TC were based on non formal education.
The project was very successful in terms of achieving its objectives of createing a multiplying effect where participants will in turn to able to share, teach and develop other young people as peer mentors and volunteers in their own local communities. Their feedback in the evaluation was very positive too.
I was a full time trainer during the 7 working days of the training course.
