I pushed for relaunching in Romania the No Hate Speech Campaign and I worked very closely with the National Coordination Committee in planning and drafting the first activities of the Campaign in Romania in 2016. I co-organised the first Regional Training Course on Bookmarks, international TC organised by the Ministry of Youth and Sports Romania and Council of Europe.
I participated together with the State Secretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in the Interministerial Committee Coalition for Integration of Refugees and in the inter-ministerial Committee - Strategy for inclusion of Romanian citizens belonging to Roma ethnicity.
Promoting and organizing the first National Roma Youth Forum - a partnership event between Ministry of Youth and Sport and Roma youth NGOs.
Together with a team of experts from the West University Timisoara, I have launched in Romania the call for the first post-university course for educational resources management for youth work.

In the recent years I have participated in various international events. One relevant experience is also the participation in the international exchange leadership program of the U.S.A. - State Department, "Working for the underserved" – September – October 2015.
Also one important non-formal experience for me is my involvement in the international network Youth Express Network, in many roles: team member, trainer, President. Each participation within the international structure provided me a safe place for learning and the opportunity to multiply the knowledge and to improve my skills and competences both as a youth worker and as a trainer.
