Freelance non-formal education trainer

Work experience

I am a freelance trainer in non-formal education field, working with both youth and adults. One of my passions goes towards designing, implementing and evaluating educational programs on a wide range of topics as project writing and project management, non-formal education methods – Human Library, Forum Theatre, Street Campaigning, diversity and social inclusion, communication, Human Rights or Environmental Education. At the moment, I am developing a wellbeing program for people working with other people, which innovatively combines body movement, nature oriented methods and Social Presencing Theatre (part of Theory U).
Some of my achievements as trainer so far:
- more than 20 training events at national level (project writing and project management, non-formal education methods – Human Library, Forum Theatre, Street Campaigning, diversity and social inclusion, communication, conflict management, etc.)
- more 50 training courses as a member of the Romanian Pool of Trainers (writing project applications, dissemination and exploitation of results, designing the learning activities, organizational development, management of volunteers, training for mentors and trainings within EVS cycle)
- 16 training courses at international level (Global Education, Human Rights, Creativity, Forum Theatre, Human Library, Dissemination and Exploitation of Results, Environmental Education)
