"Change is the end result of all true learning." A passionate youth worker and trainer by choice. I see myself as facilitator of learning processes in all different kinds of settings. At my organization's projects I am organizer and trainer. Within the last 10 years I gained a lot of experience and knowledge and my motivation gets stronger with every participant's smile :) I want to support others in reaching their goals and believe that together the world can be changed to the better.
Nina Dohr has 6 references for past work as a trainer.

In school I was taught in English mostly, which helped me to train in English as well. Now I study to become a teacher. Being a trainer will definitely help me for my future as teacher. With all the experiences I got until now, I know that learning is a lifelong process, on every project I pass on knowledge to participants but gain as much from them as I give. And I can see how well non-formal education works on projects as well as in schools.
