All the program and its activities were based on the principles of non-formal education, experiential and holistic learning, and involve: indoor and outdoor activities, authentic sharing, reflection, creative expression through drawing or theatre, journalling, improv-games, body movement, contact improvisation, design and facilitation of workshops, intercultural team-work, preparing video tutorials, story-telling, visualization and mindfulness practices.
Participants learnt how to work on authenticity in their realities.
