Work experience

I have worked as a freelance trainer/facilitator for various organizations, including Amnesty International, Council of Europe Tbilisi Office, Human Rights Association, UNESCO, OHCHR, Turku Youth Services, Youth Association DRONI, CAAT Projects, Human Rights Education Youth Network, and more.

My main focus has been on non-formal education-based trainings, with a focus on topics such as human rights education and education for democratic citizenship, youth policy, participation, cyber hygiene, and combating hate speech through counter-narratives.

Through my work, I have gained a deep understanding of the importance of education as a tool for promoting human rights and democratic values. I have had the opportunity to design and deliver a variety of training programs, tailored to the specific needs of each organization and target audience. These programs have included workshops, seminars, and training courses, and have been conducted both online and in-person.

I have also gained experience in developing educational materials and resources, including handbooks, manuals, and training modules. This has required me to stay up-to-date with current trends and research in the field, and to adapt my training methodologies to incorporate new technologies and approaches.

My educational background showcases a diverse range of expertise in the fields of public health, public policy administration, and medicine. With a postgraduate degree in public health science, I am well-versed in the latest developments in health equality, which I believe is essential to ensuring that every individual, particularly youth, has access to proper healthcare. As a postgraduate in public policy administration, my master's thesis focused on the implementation of the Council of Europe Charter on Education of Democratic Citizenship and Human Rights Education in Georgia. My academic degree in medicine further enhances my ability to understand the intersectionality between health and human rights, particularly in the youth field. Together, my educational background and experience in the field of human rights enable me to approach issues with a holistic perspective, ensuring that I am well-equipped to contribute to positive change in the lives of youth.
