TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

Training course was first out of 3 trainings planned within the LTTC MALL - Mobility Academy for Local Leaders – from local to International, common training activity organized by Polish, Czech and Slovak National Agencies of Erasmus +: Youth in Action.
First training course was focused on building up the group, searching for connections between participants, making them reflect on needs and potential (of their local community, their target group, themselves) and based on that develop ideas for international projects which they will be implementing within LTTC frame.
Both participants and trainers were representing 3 countries: Poland, Czech Republic and Slovak Republic.
We used variety of non formal education methods: teambuilding & networking activities, simulation games, activities focused on self reflection and evaluation, living library, world cafe etc.
Participants were prepared to implement youth exchange project within E+. They as well improved their skills as leaders and build up international connections.
To prepare & implement together with co trainers programme flow and to support participants in between face to face meetings during LTTC with online coaching.
