TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

Aim:
To create workshoop scenario that can be used while teaching about civil courage and human rights using stories of Righteous.
Objectives:
- to create workshop scenario that will be used in polish - german - israeli dialogue
- to build up sustainable contacts in between youth workers from Poland, Gemrany and Israel
- to plan future cooperation projects
Target group:
Youth workers and youth leaders from Poland, Germany and Israel, there were 7 participants from each country. I was the only trainer in the team, second person (from Germany) was coordinating the project.
Project team:
Coordinator from Germany and 1 trainer from Poland
Training methods:
Teambuilding activities (focused on group work, communication skills), discussions (eg. World Cafe), creative work.
Outcomes:
- 22 workshops run by ex participants (using developed scenario of workshop) in Poland, 5 in Germany and 3 in Israel
- evaluation of workshops run on local level in Israel
- 3 next editions of the project
- developing exhibition with personal stories of Righteous that was shown in Poland, Germany and in Israel
- educational programme dealing with stories of Righteous - teaching how to be responsible citizen (workshop scenario, interviews, website, exhibition)
My tasks and responsibilities:
Setting up whole educational programme for the project, running all modules, facilitating group process, writing educatuonal report, developing follow up activities.
Kasia is one of the best and most inspiring trailer i have ever met. Enjoyed working with her very much.
