Being a trainer and the general manager of Élményakadémia (Academy of Experience) NGO give me the opportunity to develop myself and others parallel through non-formal
education activities. I choose to do it in a way where joy and playfullness arise. As a trainer my mission is to reflect the potential and capacity one has. I think of myself as a

2015 “SPRING BREEZE” KA2 transnational youth initiatives- a cooperation with 4 partners: Élményakadémia, Outward Bound Romania, Dévai Szent Ferenc Alapítvány (Csaba Böjte) and Rákospalotai Leánynevelőintézet. The aim is to work out a collection of good practices supported by a research and to work out a methodology of how to include and educate Roma youngsters and youth living in foster homes.
