Arctic Link PBA 2022

Aims & objectives

The aim of the training was to gather old and new partners to meet up in a youth center that never did international work before. This was a big start for many cooperation projects for the youth center where the activity was organised, but also an excellent possibility to meet new partners for other participants. The idea was also make a big event in a place where international EU funded things usually has not happened to bring youth workers from the region to participate.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

There were nearly 50 participants from all over Europe +Caucasus.

Training methods used & main activities

Many methods were used. Indoor and outdoor.

Outcomes of the activity

There has been tens of different of projects that were follow-up projects for this PBA.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I organised the Partnership Building Activity together with two other colleagues. I was the person responsible for the overall flow, programme, partners, participants and finances.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
