Aims & objectives

On arrival training for preparing young people to living and working together in Finland.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Participants from Spain, Romania, Finland and Austria.

Training methods used & main activities

Multiple methods and especially methods edited so that one participant could participate online from quarantine.

Outcomes of the activity

Intercultural understanding for working together. Understanding of the setting (youth work in Finland, Kokkola, etc.)
