On-arrival training for team ESC volunteering involving young people from the ESC programme countries, Middle East and South-Mediterranean countries.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The training involved 10 volunteers from different countries.

Many different methods were used.

Outcomes of the activity

I prepared the volunteers for working and living together.

I was the responsible for the arrival of the volunteers and first 3 days of the programme.

I worked on this training for 3 days as a full time trainer.
