About:

“Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it” (Lou Holtz)
As a trainer I have the privilege of giving that 10% to my participants and facilitate them a constructive and delightful 90% of it.
A privilege and a challenge, BUT from which together with my participants are going out winners!
My trainings and sessions reach out of the stereotypes concepts or approaches, because only if we dare to “touch” our mental comfort limits we can really know ourselves, get more insights, aw
