Full time trainer. Besides this, I´m also actively involved in development of pedagogical boardgames and event organization for national or international groups

Work experience

Between 2000 and 2010, my interests and work focused on the promotion of books and reading as entertainment and educational tool, while developing several local development projects in the field of Non-Formal Education.

One of the responsables for the recent mobilization and participation of young-people on the democratic processes in the region of Rio Maior, using 'Structured Dialogue' to bridge the gap between policymakers and young people.

Part of the pedagogical team of Produções Fixe, a training company with social responsibility, based in a rural área in Portugal. Besides focusing on training in 'soft matters' (e.g. participative democracy, social inclusion, financial literacy etc), also using the development of pedagogical boardgames to increase local entrepreneurship and employability.
