Being a professional psychologist, youth and social worker, improvisation trainer and life coach, I believe, that our lives are totally improvised and, therefore, one of the most important skills we should constantly work on is the ability to react and adjust to any kinds of changing life situations - this is about being critical, creative, flexible, open-minded, feeling the flow - this is about being genuine, being yourself!
