Work experience
Tudor Arnăut possesses a rich and diverse work experience in various fields. He has been actively engaged in managing projects, drafting and implementing project proposals, and creating partnerships with donors and NGOs to support community empowerment initiatives. He advocates for the empowerment of disadvantaged communities through non-formal learning.
Since 2017, Tudor is involved as a trainer and facilitator in KA1 and KA2 projects across eight countries, including the Republic of Moldova, Armenia, Greece, Turkey, Peru, Germany, Latvia, and Romania. He has been involved as a trainer/facilitator in more than 20 youth exchanges and training courses, focusing on topics such as media literacy, environmental, social inclusion, debates, and digital storytelling.
Tudor has rich experience in youth engagement, offering consultations, seminars, and trainings for youth communities. He consults international organisations in Moldova for youth related events, such as Moldova Youth Forum and developing non-formal education methods aimed to engage young people effectively.
Tudor's professional journey also includes roles as the President and Co-founder of Comunitatea Plus, an Erasmus+ Trainer & Facilitator, and a Youth Consultant & Trainer for various international organizations, including NDI, IRI, Moldova National Youth Council, and other international organizations.
