The main objectives of the TC:
• To give the overview, understanding and feeling of Improvisation Theatre as a tool for personal development;
• Self-development in a wide range;
• Raising self-esteem and self-confidence;
• Raising self-awareness, self-expression, broadening emotional spectrum and developing EQ in general;
• Developing the ability to take risks and greet mistakes;
• Developing creativity, spontaneity and ability to react and adjust to any kinds of changing life situations;
• Developing public speech skills and self-presentation;
• Developing improvisation, acting, performance skills, interaction with the group in a wide range, etc.
• To give the overview, understanding and feeling of Improvisation Theatre as a method in youth work;
• To improve skills and develop different competencies being crucial for youth workers and youth leaders in the process of non-formal education.
The target group/profile of the participants for the TC:
• 18-35 years old youth workers;
• We expect the participants to be the beginners in youth work and training activities to provide them with a brand new effective personal development tool and method in youth work;
• It is crucial to be motivated and opened to the new experience and learning opportunities;
• Open-minded and flexible, being able to learn, accept and adjust to the new knowledge, view points and perspectives;
• Being able to communicate and express themselves in English.
The training involved 20 participants from 7 countries: Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Russian Federation, Spain, Ukraine.
Methods used within the TC:
• Improvisation Theatre – practical tool for personal development and efficient approach and method in youth work at the same time;
• Staging/Acting/Performance;
• Role-Play Games;
• Storytelling;
• Open Space method;
• Feedback/Reflection method.
Within the training course the impact on the participants was as follows:
• Self-development in a wide range;
• Raising self-esteem and self-confidence;
• Raising self-awareness, self-expression, broadening emotional spectrum and developing EQ in general;

Each of the participants got the new social/youth work instrument – Improvisation Theatre both as a tool for personal development and method in youth/social work. This contributed significantly to their personal development and improved their capacity to write, implement and lead more efficiently their own workshops and trainings, using the new skills, competencies, method and instrument.
I was one of the full time Trainers responsible for the content.
