I've got a German Diplom as a social scientist (since 2006).

During my work as a volunteers coordinator especially the following advanced trainings helped me dealing better with youth and young adults volunteers abroad:
*mental health and psychological disorders of volunteers during international voluntary services
*sexualized violence in international voluntary services;
*quality management within voluntary services
Besides this, I enlarged my methodical repertoire with trainings in clowning and theatrical pedagogy.
Several workshops about racism and stereotypes blowed my mind (and shook my heart too).
