I have worked with several international NGOs, including the "Orile Foundation" (Italy), "Keep the Change" (Latvia), "Clash Exchanges" (Germany), and "Innovative Karta" (Lithuania). In these roles, I designed and facilitated training programs and workshops, focused on youth leadership, community engagement, and personal development. I also mentored young people, providing guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Educational pathway

Over the years, I have gained a wealth of experience in various fields through education and certification programs. In 2020, I completed the iGNLP™ & ABNLP – NLP Practitioner Certification, which provided me with advanced knowledge in Neurolinguistic Programming. That same year, I completed the youth worker certification program with the youth agency of Culture, Sport and Youth Ministry of Georgia, which equipped me with the necessary skills to work effectively with young people.

In addition, I completed a training for trainers certification program in 2020, which enhanced my skills in delivering effective training programs. Prior to this, I completed the CBT Cognitive Behavior Life Coaching program with Transformation Academy in 2019-2020 and became a certified Life Coach with the International Skills Academy in the USA.

Furthermore, I am studying Master's degree in Educational Management from the National University of Georgia SEU. In 2008-2012, I completed my Bachelor of Law degree at Davit Agmashenebeli University of Georgia. These educational experiences have equipped me with a broad range of skills and knowledge that can be applied to a variety of projects and contexts.
