Work experience
I am a trauma-informed trainer and offer trainings in the field of the European Solidarity Corps, DiscoverEU and on the subject of funding applications. I also host workshops for female founders, teachers and pupils on mental health, trauma-informed strategies in education and the bullet journal method.
I facilitated a participation project for youth on "How to create a personal safe space in a Journal". Also, I wrote my Master Theses on it to link the practical experiences of the participants and my observations with trauma-informed theories to develop guidelines for implementation.
Originally I worked as a middle school teacher.
I started working as a trainer in 2023.
