Lada is a trainer in the middle of journey. She started by organising several youth exchanges about sustainability, information literacy, peace and experiential learning (together with her scout teens). Through where she went more into training field, with topics as digital literacy, embodiment and movement, eco-psychology, outdoor and adventure education. Formally, I studied "Information science and Librarianship" in Masaryk University Brno as a Masters progamme. And "Information Systems" at Business Academy, Secondary Vocational School of Librarianship and Higher Vocational School of Library, Information and Social Services Brno.
Nevertheless, my topics (mainly involved through non-formal education and personal interests) are outdoor education, project management, information literacy and well-being. I promote by my work positive, holistic and learner-centred approach. I cherish elements like morning yoga, volunteer participation by sessions, meditative movement, deep sharing from hearts, and stories/poems in my programmes.
