I developed and worked as coordinator or trainer in more than 10 international projects on the topic of youth employment/ mobility/ entrepreneurship/ cross-sectoral cooperation/ Coaching skills

Since 2012 I worked as Trainer and Coach in the youth sector, in the business sector and also in the public sector inside an European institution.

I facilitate group discussions and trainings in English, Spanish and Romanian language on topics like Erasmus+ program, Youth Mobility, Youth Working, Personal Branding, Employment, Entrepreneurship, Participatory Leadership, Coaching Skills etc.
