To develop the key competences of young people for getting a job.
The group of the project was made of young people from Bulgaria, Italy and Romania.
The target group of the activity were young people who were willing to develop their employability skills.
All the activities were based on non-formal education:
-Brainstorming
-Debriefing

-Treasure hunting methodology
-labyrinth
-My ideal job
-Interview simulation
-Mission impossible
-Energizers
-Games
-Open space
- development of a set of competences like: adaptability, team-working, facilitation, intercultural communication, personal expression, decision making, stress management etc.
-improved self-confidence for getting a job
-empowerment for a self-directed group
-impact on community who was directly involved in the public event of treasure hunt prepared by the participants.
My role was the one of co-trainer in facilitating activities during 9 days.
