"Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes.
Don't resist them - that only creates sorrow.
Let reality be reality.
Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like."

She is working as project manager and senior trainer and, in the last 18 years, has been involved in numerous training courses implemented at national, European level and also with partner countries.
SARA MANDOZZI has 7 references for past work as a trainer.
Full time project manager and senior trainer in the mobility department in the association Lunaria, Rome - Italy
I am working as project manager and senior trainer in the organization Lunaria.
Here, in the last twenty years, I have been involved in the design, coordination and implementation of numerous projects within Youth in Action and Erasmus+ programs, CoE, EYF, Grundtvig, LLP program, Europe for Citizens and CERV programs.
Specifically, in the association I'm in charge of: European and international training courses and seminars, workshops, youth exchanges, capacity building projects, collaborative partnerships, pilot and social inclusion projects, national trainings, tool kits, handbooks and manual drafting and updates.
I also have coordinated local projects, in cooperation with local associations and youth centres mainly active in suburbs, and aimed to support and enhance the inclusion of youth people at risk of exclusion, coming from less privileged backgrounds.
I am also working as a senior trainer at local, European and international level, and I have contributed to the facilitation of more than 80 trainings and educational-related events. My main experience is rooted in the design of specific pedagogical approaches, in the use of non formal education methods, in some cases combined with more artistic tools (e.g., as theatre-based techniques, body movement ...).
The main thematic expertise are: Gender Awareness and Mainstreaming, Intercultural Learning, Rights, Diversity and Anti-racism, Inclusion and Participation, Peace Education, Conflict Management and Mediation, Environment and Ecology, Global Education, Animation, Group Dynamics, International Youth Work, Training of Trainers and Voluntary Service and Volunteer Programs.
In the last twelve years, I also dedicated a specific attention to the work with partner countries (as, e.g. Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar), through capacity building and training activities focussed on empowerment, youth work, educational approaches and gender-sensitive subjects.
I also cooperated with national organization and European NGOs in the implementation of trainings and educational activities, as: Legambiente - Italy, YAP - Italy, Binario Etico - Italy, Asociatia Universitur - Romania, and supported some of the educational activities of the international network Alliance of European Voluntary Service Organisations.
