Work experience

I am a project coordinator and senior trainer in my organization, Lunaria, and I'm working since 11 years in the field of Youth in Action and Erasmus+ Programs, CoE, EYF, Grundtvig and LLP programs. Specifically in my association I'm in charge of: international training courses and seminars, workshops, youth exchanges, capacity building project, pilot and social inclusion projects, national trainings, tool kits and handbooks drafting ans updating.
I coordinated local projects, in cooperation with local associations and youth centres mainly active in suburbs, and aimed to support and enhance the inclusion of youth people marginalized, coming from less privileged backgrounds.
I am senior trainer at local and international level, with a long term experience in non formal education methods, social inclusion, accessing policies, non violent management of conflicts and a specific focus in the work with partner countries.
