International youth work trainer and coordinator based in Finland, with strong experience in Erasmus+ Youth, youth centre practice, and non-formal education. I design and facilitate trainings focusing on inclusion, participation, and experiential learning. My work connects practice, partnerships, and learning to support youth workers in creating meaningful and high-quality youth work processes.

Active in the youthwork field since 2006 when started working for Helsinki Youth department. Worked for Helsinki until 2015, worked on different roles in municipal youth work, team leader for 5 years youthworker for network and media (digital youth work), running skatepark activities, Digital youth work, youth participation, camps, trips and international youth work.
From 2015 working in Child protection facilities Support for individuals taken into custody of social services, teamwork in a multiprofessional cooperation.
2018-2020 working for YAD an NGO about drug education, worked as project worker, planning and running a self help service for young people suffering from drug abuse. Also responsible for NGO´s International activities.
Currently working for Marttinen Youth Centre as coordinator of international and regional youth work.
