Work experience

I have many interest and see every project and encounter as an occasion to connect the dots. Working as a facilitator but also a trainer and a conflict mediator, I enjoy being creative in combining my fields of expertise in order to use the tools and methods that are the most adapted to the situation at hand. I always have at heart to favour the expression and participation of all the parties involved, which is reflected in my approach to groups, to learning and my methodological panel.
In 2016 I : co-runned a training for facilitators of Peace Education and Human rights, another one about Conflict management and intercultural communication, EVS training cycle, workshops about Non Violent Communication , a street art festival, etc...

Educational pathway

I took and I am still taking part often in trainings as it is the best way for me to learn.
Some that really mattered for me:2 long term training course : mediation with Non Violent Communication and Intercultural mediation ( 1 year each)
I also took part in 2 online training about Global education which I found very inspiring for my work as they were great support in "systemic thinking".
Lately I started trainings in Sociocratic approach and it influence a lot my refection and approach on Co-operation.
